RETURNS

General Returns Policy

You may return defective items (non-shipping related) for a replacement of the exact same item only. No cash refunds will be given. Items that are refused upon delivery, or are returned to sender will be subject to a restocking fees plus shipping costs. The restocking fee will be equal to 30% of the original price of the item(s).

DAMAGES

If any damage occurs during shipment please notify the delivering carrier and call Reflected Art when you discover the damage. You must keep the damaged carton until the carrier has inspected the shipment. Do not return the merchandise yourself. Reflected Art will process a claim and tell you exactly what to do next.
